There’s a word I want you to embrace:
Freudenfreude.
It’s the opposite of schadenfreude — the joy we feel at others’ pain.
(Not like a psycho, like “that’s what she gets. She’s always so haughty.”)
Freudenfreude is the joy we feel at others’ joy.
The specific, clean, expansive pleasure of watching another woman win —
And feeling larger because of it, not smaller.
Collaborative, not competitive.
Here’s what I know:
Most women have felt freudenfreude.
In flashes. In rare moments. In the presence of a very particular kind of woman in a very particular kind of room.
And most women have also felt the other thing —
The quiet contraction. The comparison. The “why her and not me” that we feel ashamed of even as we feel it.
Both are human.
But only one of them is revolutionary.
Imagine spending an entire year in a circle of women where freudenfreude is not the exception.
Where it is the architecture.
Where your wins are met with pure, uncompetitive, full-bodied YES GIRL!!!
With dancing.
With real joy!
Where your expansion makes every other woman in the room feel MORE is possible — not less.
That circle exists.
It’s almost time to open the door.

She’s the one everyone calls for her wisdom.
The one who holds the vision others can’t see.
The one who has quietly outgrown versions of herself in search of her Self.
She reads the books. Does the work. Asks the hard questions. And looks for the answers.
She leads — it’s her nature and her energy. Because it’s who she’s called to Be.
She has friendships. Good ones, even.
And yet…
There are things she does not say in most rooms.
Frequencies she has learned to tone down.
A version of her Self she keeps protected.
She is not broken. She is not “too much.”
She is simply a woman who needs her frequency matched.
And she has been waiting — longer than she’d like to admit — for a tribe that finally does.

I’M LONELY.
Because there’s a specific kind of loneliness that lives in women who have done the work.
Not the loneliness of being unknown.
The loneliness of knowing yourself better than ever - and still not quite … met where you are?
You’ve grown.
Expanded.
Done the inner work that most people only talk about.
And somewhere in that becoming, the rooms you used to fit in started feeling ... smaller.
It’s not them. It’s you.
Not because there’s anything wrong with you, but because something is profoundly right with you.
And the circles you’ve been living in haven’t caught up yet.
If you feel that loneliness, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to live lonely.
