Wow!! What a fabulous day at the annual Women’s Business Alliance Conference!

These ladies meant business and packed out the room as we talked about rising with emboldened courage to live a life of impact.

Thank you to all who came to show support and to those who shared how encouraged they felt by our time together! You all are amazing!

One sweet lady found me at the after hours event and shared how impactful she found the session on her trip to Texas, she also mentioned she had seen Mel Robbins the day before. Not entirely a comparison, but a compliment I won’t soon forget.

As always, I’m looking forward to next year’s conference. Until then, ladies, we rise up more emboldened together!

Confession: the vision board concept never works for me. It doesn't motivate me and it usually ends up out of sight because it's making my space feel cluttered.

This year, I took a slightly different approach. I made a grid of things that motivate me toward the life I want to build this year.

I'm a words of affirmation person, so words carry a lot of weight with me. So, half of my grid is inspirational quotes, and the other half is of things I want to achieve.
