Mostly fruit. That’s the goal. That’s what I’ve been working towards for the past 7 months.
Wanna know something though? I really like cooked and seasoned food. So in order for me to make a transition like that, it required some small steps.
And I don’t know who needs to hear this,but change doesn’t happen overnight. Whatever you’re working on for yourself,stick to it. You may not see a change or big difference in a day or two. Maybe not even in a week or two. But time will demonstrate to you just how powerful small,consistent changes can be overtime.
