I did an interview recently that wasnโ€™t about tactics or credentials.

It was about how I think.

Why Iโ€™m allergic to performative hustle.
Why โ€œsuccessful on paperโ€ is often the most dangerous phase of a business.

Even experienced founders need to step back and look at their time.

This week, we ran a Founder Freedom Diagnostic internally using the same time-allocation model we use with clients.
