There’s a version of burnout founders don’t talk about much.

The business is working.

Money is coming in.

Nothing is technically broken.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆… 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱? 😮💨

That’s not because you’re unfocused.

And it’s definitely not because you’re bad at running your business!

This is what happens when the business grows, but **ownership stays concentrated with the founder** instead of being redistributed.

Even experienced founders need to step back and look at their time.

This week, we ran a Founder Freedom Diagnostic internally using the same time-allocation model we use with clients.
