Very few words can express what it actually FEELS like to cuddle with your child, in the morning, after breakfast, after a plethora of emotional breakdowns and breakthroughs and simply pile up on the rug and read a book. It’s genuinely the purest form of love and contentment I’ve ever felt. In this moment, I didn’t care about what I was going to wear to work, I didn’t care that I failed to get my run in, it didn’t matter that the room was a mess and that I needed to wash the dishes. What mattered in this moment was that I was reading to my baby in the sweet morning moments that we share before I go off to work and she goes about her day with our friends and family. I asked JM to take this photo of us so that I could hold on to this moment forever. It is me in my most natural element. I also love this empowering book by ! What a magnetic way to start the day! Ilysm. 💗
