My name is Caitlin Powers, I work fulltime at TruWealth Advisors assisting clients with reaching their retirement dreams. I also own and run Grassroot Glass, a residential and commercial glass company in Covington with my husband of 13 years. I am a proud mom of 14-year-old daughter, Chloe and 8 year old son Brady. I am involved in several community outreach programs and volunteer my time at both children’s schools and our local Coquille playground.

Being involved in Hammer and Heels means so much to me, being able to surround myself with strong women leaders in the community and see all of our hard work go back into making our community strong and changing lives is what its all about.
