During yesterday morning’s walkthrough, I accidentally cut off this Eastern Gartersnake’s escape route. He coiled up a bit, flattened his head and body, and gave me his best tough-guy impression.

Once I gave him some space and went around him, he scurried safely back into the garden.

Harmless, helpful, and very committed to the performance.
