PSA: THINGS I DON’T KNOW: Hancock County - What are the rules/guidelines for e-bikes and the small motorized scooters that we see zooming up & down the 600 W walkway? I believe the Pennsy Trails of Hancock County has a sign for “no motorized vehicles?”

The danger on 600 W has been 2 - 3 kids on the tiny scooters traveling at what appears full speed, then the leader turns around and talks to the 2nd bike… Helmets would be a plus? (Dave Meeker was a pro-bono promoter of Childrens bicycle helmets over 35 years ago)
