All Owners managers bankers that are involved with New York State DHCR and New York City. HPD. You need my help because there are so many laws and statutes that you probably don’t know about and there is a unit called the TPU tenant protection unit from DHCR that is coming to your building unannounced checking on tenants and seeing if there’s over charges if there is an overcharge and it’s willful you will be paying back to the tenant three times the overcharge 9% interest for willful overcharges because you do not know the laws. And now the state assembly and Senate are working on a bill to engulf all multifamily housing past 1974 including all the new buildings to go under the regulations. In
