🌟 Meet Kelly Cantley! 🏗️

Kelly is a Senior Vice President at Bozzuto Construction Company and serves as the VP of Sponsorship for the Women in Construction Conference. What she values most about WIC is the access it creates — direct connection to senior leaders, decision-makers, and peers across every sector of construction. It’s not surface-level networking; it’s strategic, practical connection that shortens learning curves, expands networks, and accelerates careers.

Her leadership philosophy is rooted in clarity and consistency. Kelly believes teams perform at their best when expectations are clear, accountability is shared, and communication is direct. In construction, indecision costs time and money — strong leadership means making informed decisions and empowering teams to confidently execute.
