In Fall 2024 we had the pleasure of working on behalf of Louis Vuitton for the NYC Interim Flagship Store lauch with our agency partners while the iconic original is being renovated. We lead on red carpet press, management, and strategy as well as provided content capture management. The store opening was a true New York City moment receiving coverage in People, AP, Variety, Extra, Access Hollywood, The NY Post, Good Day NY and all the top NYC local news outlets. The opening event and launch garnered a combined 7 billion media impressions. We could not have done without our partner leading the red carpet as well as and making so much event photo and content magic happen. In Oct 2024, we had the pleasure of providing project management, consulting, and day of event services for the NEXT conference. The full day event takes place every year at in Los Angeles and features an impressive roster of leaders from the beauty world including CEOs, founders, VCs, CMOs, product developers, journalists, creative talent, content creators, and more. We could not have gotten through this wihtout our fantastic PM and the client’s amazing in house team lead by co-founders, Kelly Kovak and John Cafarelli. In Dec 24 we had the amazing opportunity to work on behalf of for their annual tentpole event, The Footwear News Acheivment Awards (FNAAs) in NYC. The OW team lead on event PR, strategy, and red carpet management services. Our efforts generated 17 bil media impressions globally including marquee coverage in all the leading US entertainment news outlets with 6 brand inclusive stand alone stories in People and a fantastic lead in SI exclusive with honoree, Angel Reese. We garnered over 6.7 mil viewers for our branded event content on US broadcast including feature segments on ET, EXTRA, E News, and AP. The event generated an impressive 3.6 mil in user engagment across IG and TikTok. It was a pleasure to work with such a fantastic editorial team lead by . Thank you team, what an honor it was to work on behalf of this year’s Future of Everything Festival! It was a pleasure using our powers for good helpling amplify important messaging around mental health and wellness for the LatinX community. J is creating change through his platforms and his new app! Plus, a standing ovation for the live performance by the cast of musical where they also spoke about Broadway’s return. Our team looked after all the celebrity and entertainment coverage. We could not have made this happen without as well WSJ’s masterful internal team. Well done everyone! Xt

What can I say about one of the best?! RIP the . My condolences to Mick’s family, friends and my dear . I have too many memories of working with and around Mick over the years to count and wish we all had cameras when I was with him the most in the aughts. Above is a great photo from the last time I saw Mick in Feb 2020 at our event with 💔and . The next image of course, is often what was happening and their I am backstage in my headset whispering into Mick’s ear before we begin shooting at Elise Overland’s 2009 presentation. Lastly, Mick signed a book of his early 70’s glam rock photos titled “Blood & Glitter,” for me. I’ll always remember his humor, great work, amazing stories and him calling “Delores” on set. XOThomas
