Steve Jobs.
Genius and figure. Founder of the most listed company in the world today.
Creator of such disruptive products as, for example, the iPhone or the iPad, which at the time marked an era, for having substantially innovated and improved how we communicate and manage our digital information.
Although, for me, what has marked me the most was the speech he gave at the Stanford University graduation party in 2005.
Based on 3 stories full of personal experience, Steve Jobs left an indelible legacy for those students about to choose their career path, the most important points of which I transcribe below:

You will fit the pieces of the puzzle later. ( Connect the dots )
Follow your heart, and do what you are passionate about.
At first, things will seem unrelated to each other, along the way you will have to overcome difficult moments.
But later there will come a time when you will see the relationship between all the things you have done previously.
And you will be able to combine that experience and your talents with your passion to dedicate them to your vital mission, and this will make a difference in your life.
But the only way to fit the pieces of the puzzle is to look backward. First, you have to have followed what your heart has told you at each moment.
No te conformes. (Don´t Settle)
Ask yourself every morning; “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am going to do today?”
And if the answer is “ no ” for too many days, you'll know you need to change something.
You are going to spend most of your life working, and the only way to feel fully satisfied is to dedicate yourself to what you consider great work.
And the only way to have a great job is to love what you do.
If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle.
As with everything that has to do with the heart, you will know it when you have found it.
So keep looking until you find it.
Don't settle.
Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else 's life.
Steve Jobs said, "remembering that I am going to die soon is the most important tool there is to help me make the big decisions in my life."
Because practically everything – the expectations of others, pride, fear of ridicule or failure – fades in the face of death.
Leaving only what is truly important.
Remembering that you are going to die is the best way to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose.
You are already naked.
There is no reason not to continue.
Avoid getting caught up in the dogma of living according to other people's expectations and thinking.
Don't let the noise of other people's opinions drown out your own inner voice, either.
Have the courage to follow your heart and your intuition.
Somehow, others already know what you really want to be.
Everything else is secondary.
Regardless of the opinion we may have about Steve Jobs, as a person or as a professional, or about the products he has created, that was a master lesson in the meaning of life.
And about how to focus the decisions we make to live a life full of purpose.
These lessons were an essential guide for those students about to start their careers.
But at the same time, the ideas are transferable to your life or professional career, whatever point you are at.
Doing what you love is far from a bed of roses.
But if you manage to live with your fears and overcome the obstacles that will be along the way, you will go to bed every day feeling the satisfaction of having done something great.
