Application Submission for CT's Stimulus Grant Program Starts November 9th. On October 30th, Governor Lamont announced that the state has created the Connecticut CARES Small Business Grant Program to help small businesses, non-profits, self-employed and independent contractors that continue to be impacted by COVID-19. Funding under the program does not need to be repaid. As the crisis continues, I encourage you to mention this to friends and professional colleagues.
