Hello Friends!
I'd like to reintroduce myself for those who think I'm only about cats and dog parks. In addition to being a photographer, writer, budding witch and animal lover, I'm a brand strategist. It's what I love to do and I'm forever grateful for discovering a career and craft that combines all my interests. Is this real life or is this just fantasy? They redid the paths & benches of my favorite park just in time for the final days of this cycle of death which will eventually make room for new life. Looking good Brooklyn!

Went to the office on Tuesday and have to say - between productivity (and showing coworkers the Yankees cat on the field video), healthy 13 minute walk from the subway, outdoor space and seeing the SATC shoot down the street, I’m not mad about it all. Looking forward to coming in more and hopefully the RTO plan not being totally screwed up cause of the variant. Feels nice to have coworkers again and even ran into a former colleague I haven’t seen in 11 year from the Unit (those who know, know).

There’s nothing like a mini vacation and trip to mark and celebrate a major transition. Starting a full time job on Tuesday and very excited to be part of a team again, have colleagues and be part of an exciting agency and account. Enjoying the peace and quiet of Hudson, the food (of course), gorgeous design and company of a one time colleague and very good friend. I’m enjoying the feeling that after lots of ups and downs, things seem like they are finally aligning in my life. I’m so grateful for all the things and people in my life who have guided me and shown me how to listen to my intuition more, the universe, find my own sense of calm and find more joy and humor in the little moments than dwelling on life’s struggles. Excited for what’s next!

Happy Monday. Cracking up because for some reason, my foster kitten decided that this morning’s status call was riveting. I also have a ton of very senior stakeholder and user interviews this week and am wondering what trouble she’ll create in the background. Will this be good or bad? What have you guys done when pets have caused trouble during calls?

Nature really gave us a gift yesterday. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more beautiful snow storm - the way through snow perfectly blanketed the trees. And I went out at the perfect time during sunset. Let’s all remember these moments of calm after the storm. Maybe we’ve finally learned to appreciate the little things. I know I’ve been really looking at and embracing my surroundings.
