Responsible journalism is a critical component in documenting truthful narratives as our present turns its pages into the historical past. Here's an article about New College of Florida written by Conor Friedersdorf at The Atlantic. Let's hope, pray, and work towards equality, so that liberation may be found at the end of rainbows after this hateful storm passes by.

The populist right has portrayed New College as a notorious example of indoctrination in higher education—a narrative that does not withstand scrutiny.

I am super excited to announce that my Future of Work 2022 study is officially LIVE! Learn more below... 👀

🎉
As we collectively think about what the workforce would look like in a post-pandemic society, there are three hypothetical ideas I would like to explore:
💭
☑️ A 32-hour, 4-day workweek with no reduction in pay or benefits;
☑️ The normalization and de-stigmatization of mental health days;
☑️ Greater flexibility around working from home (or anywhere), where applicable.
