The Cross College Alliance (CCA) and the Community Foundation of Sarasota County are partnering to bring the DIAL program to Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
The DIAL program, administered by Americans For The Arts (AFTA), strives to strengthen and advance equity in the arts management field by providing undergraduate students with exposure to organizations and leaders across a variety of arts disciplines and giving them the opportunity to contribute to substantive projects that will help prepare them for their career as arts leaders.
This program is a 10-week paid summer internship program that matches students from backgrounds underrepresented in arts leadership with dynamic communities, energetic host arts organizations, and mentors, to guide students’ personal and professional growth throughout the summer. This program is designed to promote cultural equity in the art management field. This is not a program to create art.
All CCA undergraduate students can apply for the DIAL internship ($15 per hour/30 hrs per week x 10 weeks).
