These two photos are from a sewer inspection performed for a client buying a new home in Bayonne three days before closing. We detected a hole at the bottom of a clay sewer pipe at approximately 33 ft and you can see the chunk of clay pipe from the hole that the camera was pushing out to the main sewer of the county. At approximately 51 ft we detected a crack in the same sewer line. Lots of money saved before the purchase at the closing. GOOD SMART investment for the inspection. Glad we could help

This is a photo of a sewer inspection that I did today for a new home buyer in Mendham New Jersey. At approximately 13.8 ft my video camera located a hole at the bottom of the pipe. The small investment for the sewer inspection before the home purchase was a good investment saving them thousands of dollars and a huge mess to deal with.

This sewer inspection I performed for a new home buyer had what is called a belly. The colored photo shows you the pipe collapsing so when the camera hits this area it goes completely underwater. I received a call from a client having a sewer issue. There sewer line was 82 ft to the main and they received a $22,000.00 estimate to change the sewer line. I located the exact spot for them and they repaired the broken section saving them $18,000.00
