Instacart Credit Issues - Anyone Else Experienced This?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share an issue I recently encountered with Instacart and see if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I had a credit on my account which was initially applied to my order. However, when I decided to add a few more items to my cart, the credit was suddenly removed from my total. It’s been over 24 hours, and I’m still waiting for the credit to be refunded. From my experience, if the credit isn’t automatically refunded, you have to chase them down for it.

What’s frustrating is that there’s no mention of this in their terms and conditions, nor is there any warning when you add items to your purchase that the credit will be removed. This feels like a significant oversight on their part and has caused me a lot of unnecessary hassle.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? How did you handle it, and did you manage to get your credit refunded?
