What to Do
Here’s how you can use the “Reset → Realign → Restart” framework to recharge and reorient your career:

✅ Reset
Take inventory of where you are—mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
Ask yourself:
➤What’s draining me right now?
➤What part of my routine feels outdated?
➤When was the last time I felt energized at work?

✅ Realign

Here are 4 Steps to Make Your Career Dream Real

1. Define It Clearly
→it matters: You can’t hit a target you can’t see.
How to do it:
→Don’t just say: “I want a better job.” Instead, say: “I want a remote marketing manager role in a mission-driven company by Q4.”
→Make it specific. Make it actionable. Make it real.

2. Break It Into Steps
Why it matters: Big goals feel overwhelming. Breaking them down creates momentum.
How to do it:
→ Update your resume and LinkedIn
→ Apply to 3 aligned roles each week
→ Reach out to 2 people in your target industry
