I am fundraising $50,000 to seed Oselot Consulting, my open source development company. Check out of first product, PickleJS.com

I have set a with Alton Sun. He has an offer to own 10% equity in Oselot in exchange for taking over fundraising my seed round. Alton is very bright and has an enormous network. But does he have what it takes to actually do business?
