Yesterday’s Kennedy Kids Foundation 5K was more than a run, it was a meaningful moment of community, connection, and support for teen mental health during Su***de Prevention Month.

We at Emergency Culinary Solutions were proud to keep everyone going strong with our breakfast burritos, served up with love to runners, volunteers, families, and everyone who showed up to support the cause.

On August 5th, Emergency Culinary Solutions (ECS) was proud to be part of National Night Out, hosted by the North Miami Beach Police Department and supported by an amazing local community.

From late afternoon into the early evening, the event brought neighbors, first responders, and local organizations together for a great time focused on unity, safety, and community spirit.

Thank you to the North Miami Beach Police Department for putting together such a meaningful event and for your ongoing service to our community. We were honored to serve and support!

National Night Out Recap
Last Tuesday evening, our ECS team had the privilege of serving at National Night Out, hosted by the North Miami Beach Police Department.

From great food to even greater community spirit, it was an incredible night of connection, appreciation, and support. We’re proud to stand with the officers and residents who make North Miami Beach such a strong and vibrant community.

Supporting Recovery After Hurricane Michael – Mexico Beach, FL

For over 10 months, Emergency Culinary Solutions was honored to be on the ground in Mexico Beach, providing daily support to the dedicated crews working to rebuild after Hurricane Michael.

From sunup to sundown, our team served hot, chef-prepared meals three times a day, directly from our mobile kitchen, to keep teams fueled, focused, and ready for the tough work ahead.

We’re proud to share this powerful feedback from Brian Schupbach:

“Chef Daniel and his team worked tirelessly to feed our crews high-quality and calorie-balanced meals. For over 10 months, his team provided up to 450 meals three times a day to our management and staff. They cooked in a mobile kitchen at the man camp and delivered lunches to the crews in Mexico Beach. The quality and selection of menu items was amazing. The best BBQ brisket I have ever tasted. Cooking in the field with limited resources can be challenging, but ECS met those challenges head-on and kept our labor force satisfied and productive.”
