Join me tonight for our first “Art Together” call with Follow Your Art!

I’m excited to host our pilot "Art Together" call - a 60-minute session to connect, create, and share. We’ll see how it flows, get to know each other, spend some time making art, and wrap up. (Note - the call may be between 60 to 90 minutes, but feel free to drop off whenever you need to.)

M-art-CH: 30 Days of Small Art!

I’ve been feeling the weight of the world lately, and I realized I need to breathe out, and invest more energy into a creative outlet. Inspired by WendyMac's 30 days challenge in January, this March, I’m starting "M-art-CH," a month of doing a small bit of art every day, just for me.
An "Art Together" night is coming up tomorrow, too!
It doesn’t have to be perfect. Actually, it can't be perfect since the goal is to only spend a few minutes. A doodle, a paper crane, a quick photograph, or even 5 minutes of knitting... anything creative counts. The goal is simply to show, a little bit, each day.

Here’s how it works:
1. I filled out a Prompt Card Template (available on Substack to members) with 30 random ideas to try this month.
2. I’m committing 5–10 minutes each day to create. Some of them are from the card, others are whatever inspiration strikes.
3. I’m sharing my art in the Substack chat for members, but you can keep yours private or share on another platform.

After a few years of life shifting in beautiful and unexpected ways, I’ve found myself stepping into a new creative chapter.

Alongside my consulting work, I’ve started exploring creativity and art… slowly, imperfectly, but aiming for adding a lot of heart. I’ve been documenting the journey on Substack where I’m sharing reflections, creative practices, and encouragement for anyone who’s felt called to create - for the first time, or again.

Soon I’ll be adding creative prompts, a supportive community, and monthly virtual “art together” sessions.

As we continue to adapt and grow, we often find ourselves fulfilling many roles that require a great deal of time and energy. As a mother, a business owner, and a woman who strives to maintain some "balance," I know firsthand how demanding and challenging this juggling act can be.

I set out to explore low-tech, accessible, and efficient solutions that could help simplify my daily life. The objective was to find methods and tools that would uncomplicate instead of overcomplicate, creating a streamlined process for my recurring lists and tasks.

As part of this journey, I tested a variety of tools, both digital and analog, to discover what would make the biggest difference with the least amount of energy. While I usually advocate for "analog" solutions, a few digital tools stood out as invaluable allies in my search for balance and organization. I am excited to share these discoveries with you.

I offer recommendations on the low-tech tools and strategies that have worked for me personally and provide actionable advice to help you implement these solutions in your own life.

I am so thrilled to announce that I am an Advisor and Specialist for the Executive Mom Nest founded by Marcy Stoudt of Revel Coach, officially launching now and starting in April!

Moms should not have to pick between having a career or having children. They can do both, and they can do both well!

Last year was full of lessons and learning opportunities. I realized that what I was doing wasn't working, and that I needed to try something new (and probably outside of my comfort zone) if I actually wanted to see any changes or improvements in my life and my business.

Part of my journey involved opening my mind to new things. One of these experiments involved hiring "Reiki by Victoria) for my first Reiki session. She also introduced me to the magical ways of the Cacao Ceremony. To be perfectly honest at first I was skeptical, but now I'm hooked...
