On understanding the difference between an expense and an investment 👏🏽

The only mistake that you pay for are the ones you don’t learn from!

Our biggest lesson here was to take RADICAL responsibility for all the decisions we make.

When you take responsibility for your successes (AND your failures,)

You take back the power and use this as an opportunity to go inward.

‘What made me make that decision?’

There’s so much power in this question 👩‍💻

Are you doing it out of integrity? Because it feels aligned…

Or are you chasing the next new shiny object (secretly hoping it will solve all of your problems?)

When we look back on this, we realised that the decisions we made were out of integrity with what our vision for the business was!

It was not them something else, it was not someone else

IT WAS ALL US 🫡

This experience helped us get connected to our vision and mission on a much deeper level.

We were reminded of why we started it all in the first place.

And we came out of it stronger than ever!

People rarely talk about the ‘mistakes’ they made while scaling
