As we approach the last 6 weeks of 2023. A lot of clients have asked us best tips for wrapping up 2023. 🎉
This time of the year is the best time to reflect on the things that didn’t serve us and then use that as inspiration into changing those results for 2024.
Here are 5 helpful tips to create change now:

1️⃣ Meditate: Create Awareness. During meditation it’s a great to envision who it is that you wish to become. During this process get comfortable in understanding what current results that you would like to change in order to become that person envision.

2️⃣ Journaling: Create an ACTION list. Journaling is a great way to get your thoughts out. We suggest to create a list with 2 Columns. On one side of the page list 5 results that you would like to change from 2023. On the other side list 5 ways in which you plan to make action into changing.

3️⃣ Create New Skills/Habits: the new version of yourself will require new thoughts, feelings and actions. To create any new skills focus on one or two new skills at a time. Repeate the new habit until this skill comes natural and easy to do.

4️⃣ Give Yourself Grace. Give yourself time to change a new habit. To form any new skill or habit it takes 18-284 days with an Average of 66 days. Rome wasnt built in a day. When you feel like giving up keep going!

5️⃣ Support. Embracing change is so much easier when you have someone on your side who is cheering you on. They help keep things in perspective, offer alternative points of view, act as a soninding board to listen to your challenges, share ideas, motivate you when times get tough, and celebrate your wins.
