A shift note shouldn't mean re-living the whole day from memory.

What happened at 9am? Did you note the mood change after lunch? Was there something about mobility you meant to include?

Meet the FieldWorker Note Quality Agent.

It helps make documentation easier to create, and easier to get right.
🔹 Voice-First - Capture natural summaries from caregivers.
🔹 AI That Understands - Turn everyday observations into clearer documentation.
🔹 Supports DSPs - Spend less time typing shift notes and more time focused on care.

And as you write, it helps spot gaps in your note before you submit.
Less typing. More time for the part that matters.

As organizations explore where AI fits into their operations, we’ve been thinking about what that means for human services.

Whether it’s interacting with an individual or family, documenting a visit, capturing information, or coordinating across service teams, the human involvement remains central.

But not every part of the workflow needs to depend on manual effort. AI can help
- Reduce the administrative load
- Supporting documentation,
- Fasten information capture, and
- Workflow coordination

helping teams spend more time on the work that requires their expertise and human connection.

That’s the perspective we shared in our recent webinar, and it’s also how we think about building AI into FieldWorker, with Care Ops AI.

If you’re exploring where AI could create real capacity for your team, see FieldWorker in action.

A new care plan shouldn’t mean starting from scratch.

Our AI agent reads care plans and service records, identifies what’s new, and updates the client profile, without overwriting what’s already there.

A person still reviews and approves every update.
While AI handles the reading. Case managers stay in control of the decisions.

AI is everywhere. But how does it actually work?

In this video, FieldWorker Co-founder Prabhat breaks down AI in simple terms, what happens behind the scenes, how AI learns from data, and how it turns information into useful outputs.

Because understanding AI is the first step to knowing where it can actually create value.

Ever spent the first two minutes of a task just… looking for the thing?

Is it under this folder or that one? Did I bookmark it?

We’ve been thinking about that moment at FieldWorker, and what it could look like if you didn’t have to remember exactly where information lives before you can find it.

We are excited to share our new and upcoming: global search feature.

One search across your clients, contacts, and projects - and you have your answer.

This is just the first look.
More soon.

When should AI suggest an action, and when should it take one?

That was just one of the questions we explored in our recent conversation on AI in Practice: For Thoe Who Support Others.

We went much further into trust, human oversight, responsible AI, what autonomy should look like, and how technology can genuinely support the people doing the work.

This snippet is just a glimpse of the conversation. If you missed the webinar, now’s a good time to catch up.

Watch the full session to hear the questions, perspectives, and what they could mean for the future of AI in human services.

With AI in the picture, there’s a particular tension in social care that technology needs to get right.

The more complex care becomes, the more we need technology to help professionals manage the work around it.

But if that efficiency simply creates more capacity for administration, we haven’t really moved the work forward.

Instead, when that capacity is returned to the professional, they have more time to sit with someone, understand their circumstances, explore their community, build trust and help them get connected.

So, how can innovation and new processes actually benefit the people delivering and receiving social care?

That’s what we hear in this conversation with Cherry Oakley of Neighbours Inc., as she reflects on how technology and innovation has supported her organization.

As AI becomes part of the social care technology landscape, we’re focused on building a platform that can take on complexity safely and responsibly, while keeping person-centered care at the centre.

The future of social care shouldn’t ask professionals to choose between better technology and better relationships. The right technology should make better relationships possible.

As AI continues to evolve, one of its greatest opportunities is helping human services teams access the information they need when they need it.

The right information at the right moment can change everything.

That's one of the conversations FieldWorker Co-founders, Rohit Mathur and Prabhat Vaish will be exploring in our upcoming webinar.
