We're bubbling with excitement about these new Ice Breakers Sparkling Mints from The Hershey Company.
This product was the result of an amazing collaboration with Hershey marketing, innovation, and product development to help innovate a breakthrough new product platform for Ice Breakers mints that shifted the conversation from functional freshness to sought-after sensation
How did it come to life?
🎯 With a focused innovation strategy identifying that in order to create some real news, the brand had to lean into its intensity with new ways to push the boundaries of refreshment
🥤 By looking to trends outside of the gum & mints category and into ones like beverages, frozen desserts—even beauty and oral care—for inspiration on how consumers are refreshing their minds, mouths, and spirits.
⚡ Taking these cues to ideation with Hershey team and creative professionals to turn inspirations into viable opportunities. Spoiler alert: many top-scoring ideas came from tapping into the brilliant minds of Product Development teams during ideation.
📣 Translating the idea with appealing graphics and straightforward naming to cue the taste and flavor expectations, bubbles included!
