This weekend's lab goal will be to replate the young orchid plantlets into more spacious containers. We have about 300 clones that are in need of a housing upgrade. Theory goal will be to draft a protocol for callus suspension in a liquid medium. Just got a nice cypripedium seed pod this week. If time permits, we will sow the seeds. Janitorial goal will be to clean the light racks and do the dreaded...inventory. Busy weekend indeed.
