We met a young boy dressed as a conductor from head to toe. Hat, pins, keys, and all. It was clear he loved trains.

Instead of just smiling and moving on, the conductor invited him to help scan tickets and for a few minutes, he got to be part of the crew.

A reminder that sometimes being nice can be as simple as making someone feel like they belong.

We ran into Cobie Smulders (yes—Robin from How I Met Your Mother) in NYC, and she was the absolute sweetest. She made the moment feel so comfortable—smiling, saying hi, taking a photo, and kindly asking if she could even keep our Always Be Nice stickers. Moments like that remind us that kindness is simple, real, and most importantly… a 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 we all have. Let’s use it!

At a coconut stand in El Salvador, a cute little girl kept smiling at us through the window—no words, just pure joy. When we gave her some stickers, she lit up, ran to show her parents, and her happiness was contagious. Her dad’s smile was just as big.
