It’s not too late to thoroughly assess your business with time to implement your learnings to help you: make more money, spend more time doing what you love and feeling less overwhelmed in 2026.

Some business owners assess their data every month (me!), some every quarter, some twice a year.

Some people NEVER look.

I believe that what we need to accomplish our goals is already around us, but you’ve got to see it to be able to take it.

In 2007, when I committed my life to sharing the practices of yoga, I knew that I would be surrounded by seekers learning how to be present to all that life had to offer, the bittersweet beauty of both the joy and the suffering; and how to make meaning of this human experience.

I’ve been filled with gratitude these past, few weeks as I’ve been in practice with some terribly brilliant minds who are committed to skillfully applying what they know for the benefit of others; and in precious community.
