I can confidently say that after spending over 17 years in the food service industry, everywhere from Fredericksburg, Va to New York City, Ny, I feel that I have an amazing amount of real world experience with time-tested, hands-on tactics to get even the hardest job done efficiently and, m

ost importantly, with a sense of ease and earnest enthusiasm. I love to provide amazing customer service and attention to detail. As we know the devil is in the details, after all. Happy Labor Day Corradi's Beverage Consulting friends! I have very exciting news to announce! Starting this Wednesday, I will be pouring at Bottle Stop Wine Bar from 6-9pm as a limited "Sommelier In Residence" program. This is very exciting for me because I get to come back to help with a wonderful local business and I get to see all of my old friends and colleagues again!

This Wednesday, September 7th, from 6-9pm. Please come by! I miss all of your wonderful faces!!
