For more than ten years, the Delegation of Major Public Works (La Délégation aux Grands Travaux) has forged the Congo’s infrastructure, developing one of Africa’s few deep water ports, building nine airports, laying over 1,000 kms of paved roads and fiber optic cable, and doubling the country’s energy capacity to 600 MW.
