For the third year in a row, SMS partnered with the NYSED Office of Child Nutrition Programs to bring food service professionals together for a full day of learning and discussion.

This year was our best one yet, with more than 60 food service directors, managers, and professionals from across New York joining us to discuss the real, day-to-day challenges of running a successful child nutrition program.

From Meal Patterns and Offer vs. Serve to Procurement, CEP, Administrative Reviews, Resource Management, and more, the day was packed with practical guidance and important updates.

A big thank you to the New York State Education Department, School Management Solutions, Chaya Perlstein, Yehoshua Pinkus, and Jennifer Knapp for helping make this event possible, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a valuable day. We’re already looking forward to our next Administrative Reviews Training in October!

The Chicago team reached new heights at this year's Roth Day!

The day was filled with rock climbing, team challenges, a little friendly competition, and lots of encouragement (and laughs) along the way. Everyone took a break for a BBQ lunch before heading back to the walls, and the day wrapped up with awards for the top climbers.

As John Karlo Reazo put it, "It was a great opportunity to step outside our comfort zones, have fun together, and strengthen our team."

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a great day. It's always nice to step away from the office, spend time together, and make some great memories as a team.

Roth&Co was proud to once again be a featured sponsor of this year’s Yeshiva Summit, bringing together yeshiva leaders, school board members, and professionals from across the country for a full day of insight, strategy, and connection.

Our team was right in the middle of it — greeting attendees, meeting new faces, catching up with longtime friends, and joining the important conversations shaping today’s yeshiva landscape.

Paint, sip, snacks, repeat.

Our Chicago office recently got together for a Paint & Sip night, and the results were… honestly pretty impressive.

Team members painted a moonlit pine-tree scene, enjoyed Asian appetizers, sangria, and w**e, and got to spend the evening swapping spreadsheets for paintbrushes.

It was creative, relaxed, and just the right amount of “wait, mine actually looks good?”

A big thank-you to everyone who joined and helped make the evening so warm and fun. These are the moments that remind us how much personality, talent, and energy make up the Roth&Co team.
