The games are a fun reminder of clients comparing our team to world-class athletes:

Although this month marks the centennial celebration of Black History Month (begun by Carter G. Woodson in 1926 as Negro History Week), many HR leaders today feel understandably threatened to recognize it with the same visibility they once did.

As HR leaders in particular can face growing pushback on DEI and cultural observances like hashtag , itโ€™s helpful to remind executives that diversity โ€” and building a workplace where people feel they truly belong โ€” goes beyond values. Itโ€™s also a proven driver of profitability, employee engagement, retention, innovation, and long-term business success.

๐Ÿ“Œ Klarna and Duolingo both reduced human roles and faced backlash when customers noticed the quality of their services fell. As a result, they scrambled to back-fill those roles, and stressed the existing team to keep things afloat in the meantime.
