Great Clinic in Suzhou China, NW of Shanghai. It was a pleasure to work with a group so enthusiastic to learn. I learned so much myself particularly a few things for the first time. Teaching with an interpreter, in Chinese to English and back again, what a trip!! Good times, glad to be back and well rested, well in prog 😉 on the “well...”

The tales of a BB8 yr.old pitching - like a Dickens opening, the best and worst of times (or so it can seem;) requires some heavy lifting as a coach and parent. In 5th season with this age. Provide a tool, create a space, and there's nothing like "the best of times" following the (perceived) worst.

Reflecting upon my 26th Nationals & year of sailing Interclub's having just puttaway #17 for the "summer!" A big Brava to my long time dear friend and crew Felicity who's been thru it all in the best and less-best of times. Can't help but point out the capsize of all capsizes she missed and the LYC swimming metal from the one she wish she had😉 ...the 25+ yrs we've battled the elements, the countless podiums we've share and the ONE that started the run leading to 5 class overall championships!
Brava!! And Bravo to #74 Ted and Meredith who took the Nationals in Boston by storm! (And a gratuitous plug for who sponsored the IC Nationals and Sunfish Worlds and continues to fly under the radar with their good will and )- Thank you!!
