She has placed senior-level professionals in numerous leadership roles, and has worked with those leaders to build top-tier multidisciplinary teams from the ground-up. Michelle also works closely with clients where there is a need to develop or restructure departments to improve creativity and innovation. Additionally, she has advised leading corporations on the selection of design consultants for corporate identity, product development, and design strategy projects. Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin and holds a Masters Degree from The Rhode Island School of Design. She currently serves on the advisory board of the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA) and has served on the advisory board of The Museum of Art, Arizona State University.
