So I closed my enrollment doors at midnight last night and I woke up to 2 emails saying to please open it up so that they could register today. Sooo...I just opened it back up and will only keep it open until tomorrow night at 8PM EST (that's when I will have my first coaching call with the community).

Love this video…. It’s why I’m OBSESSED with my new clients getting this in place BEFORE anything else (you can work on values, strategy etc but if you can’t measure how your biz is doing, what’s the point???). It’s one of the first activities teams will do with me when I start my engagement with them (well, the VERY first thing I do is make sure their seat belts are on! Those that work with me know this is TRUTH in a great way!!)

This is something you probably never thought about! Read on...

I snapped this picture during my last Zoom call and want to share how positioning can play a big role in our virtual presence.

Ever felt like you’re not being taken seriously on a video call? 🤔 It might be because of your camera angle! Look at this: some folks are sitting far from the camera and low in the frame, making them appear smaller and less authoritative (at least in my opinion!)

Here’s a tip: Position your screen at eye level and be at the same "height" as the other caller! This creates a balanced and strong presence, much like how in Japanese culture, bowing lower signifies respect to those higher in rank (I used to live in Japan so I remember this well).

Whether you're chatting with future prospects or leading a team meeting, a level camera angle helps you command the room and ensures you’re seen and heard effectively. It’s a small change with a BIG impact! 💥
