Susan Goldberg Leadership Consulting is an outcome of my earlier work at SGES, my retained executive search consulting and career coaching practice specializing in young leadership. I work with media, entertainment, and tech companies to develop and retain their senior titled young or new leaders, often Millennials or Generation Y. I offer: small group consulting based on lessons from "Leadership

in Wonderland", (www.leadershipinwonderland.com) my co-authored book for new leaders and my previous history, public speaking, and potential for individual success analysis and coaching, for large organizational clients. I conduct C level roundtables and interviews from the media, tech and entertainment industries on subjects concerning new leadership. My company was launched in 2017.
