The Light Language Play Date is a space for you to continue your light language journey, and to meet others who are in a similar space of discovering what is possible when aligning with one's soul in this way. At the beginning of each session I will briefly offer divine guidance (it may be in light language form or it may be channeled) and then you can choose to be moved to the Light Language Chat Room or the Light Language Art Room. We end the session by collectively offering light language to all of life. The next gathering is this Wednesday (tonight!) and you can sign up through the link in my bio.

Remember, THIS IS FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO *ALREADY* SPEAK LIGHT LANGUAGE. As always, it’s free and you are welcome to also invite friends who already know how to speak light language to participate.

Even though I’ve retired my 1:1 sessions, I’ve opened up 7 spots for 1:1 Archangel Energy Attunement Sessions (also called Archangel Healing Sessions) near the end of September. There are spots for 4 remote sessions and 3 in-person sessions for NYC peeps. The 90 minute sessions are usually $227 but I was guided to offer them for $111. I'd like to share a new series I’ve created for you called “Divine YOU Technologies.” It’s basically a set of tools to help you access and sustain a more joyful, divine vibration that is reflective of your true divine essence. They are simple and easy (and are hopefully not too hard for me to explain!)

DIVINE YOU TECHNOLOGIES #1: "SIT IN THE GOOD FEELS"

The steps:

-Quickly ground your energy by seeing roots extend from the bottom of your feet, down into the Earth.

-Say to yourself, “My intent is to feel good and easily sustain the higher and more joyful vibration that is reflective of my truest divine self.” You only need to say this once a day but feel free to say this as frequently as you desire.

-Then, for one minute each hour, or as frequently as you can remember, access the feeling of “feeling good.” Do this by either thinking of something that makes you feel good, like the idea of a litter of puppies all trying to jump on you and kiss you at the same time, or just by activating the feeling of joy that exists within you as a result of your being an extension of Source. However you choose to access it, just feel it radiating through every part of your being, allowing the feeling to organically expand without trying to force it.

-Then allow yourself to literally sit in this energy for about 60 seconds.

-While in this space, extend this process to all incarnations of you, wherever they exist across time, space, dimensions and realities.

-Do this every day and then begin increasing the amount of time you spend in this energy from one minute each hour, to two minutes each hour, and so forth.



The Upgrade

-As you are guided, after sitting in the space of feeling good for 60 seconds, envision a ball of light at the base of your feet

-Move it upwards toward your crown chakra and see it gathering and transmuting all of the energy signatures it encounters in your body as it moves toward your crown chakra.

-Once it arrives at your crown, allow this energy to radiate from your crown in whatever way you feel guided - you might feel inspired to release angelic tones or speak light language or just sit in that energy for a few seconds.

-Then completely release yourself from this process and move throughout your day however you choose until the next time you decide to do the “Sit in the Good Feels” process. You don’t have to do the Upgrade each time you do the “Sit in the Good Feels” process, but feel free to do it as frequently as you desire. Once a day is enough.



The Goal:

-The idea is for you to make a habit of feeling good, which is how the divine spark within you feels. The idea is for this ever increasing vibration to be your setpoint. The idea is to have the thoughts, manifestations, and energy signatures that radiate from your Being, all be sourced from this vibration that you radiate consistently and effortlessly - and without this having to be something that you attempt to “attain” as if it’s not already a part of who you are.

Hi Beautiful!

I am beyond excited to introduce this upcoming Light Language summit that I am a part of! It is wonderful because light language is such a joyful, graceful, and powerful way to attune your energy system and bring it into greater alignment with the divine heart and your truest essence. It is so beautiful to watch it reach greater and greater audiences.

This whole experience is special to me because I was interviewed by the lovely Vox Angelus and Andena Sananda Kumaraand, and because they found me! It was my hope to do a summit of some type this year but I had not taken any physical steps in that direction. Then Vox Angelus reached out to me because one of the other speakers, who I had not met but had heard of, suggested that they include me. It was such a lovely experience and their hearts are so pure that I truly hope you watch it. Hello Loves!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted and there’s so much that I want to share. Because of that, I’m going to spread it over multiple posts so you don’t end up reading a book instead of an update. ;) Suffice it to say, there has been a lot of increasing good in my world, and I'm really looking forward to sharing the old and new tools that have ushered in these shifts for me.

Yesterday while I was sitting outside on my lunch break (that’s one of the cool new things in my life - I have a part-time job working with home decor, which I absolutely love), a white butterfly alighted on the cafe table I was sitting at....twice! Honestly, I had completely forgotten about it until writing this newsletter, but this was an important sign for me. Butterflies represent transformation and the white color suggests purity and a high vibration.

It's important for me because I had noticed that I've been stradling two worlds for a while - one that knows that energy work is important and real, and one that is more focused on believing the seeming limits presented to me in 3D reality. Since my desire was to create movement in the direction of world #1, I started to make micro-choices to support my desire to really, truly, embody all the things I know to be true about the divine within me and to put them into action more consistently. As a result, I started to feel some shifts as mentioned in the first paragraph, and then I saw the butterfly. It feels like a lovely confirmation of the choices I've made and also a herald of more good things to come.

In line with that, I’m delighted to say that I am part of a free, upcoming virtual retreat called “Awaken: You. Light Language Fun Fact #3: It Might Seem Surprising But Light Language and Archangel Toning Can Travel where Visible Light Cannot

"Sound waves have higher wavelength and its wavelength is comparable to the dimension of opaque encounters in our daily life. Hence diffraction effects are more easily detected in the case of sound waves than light waves." Toppr.com. This just means that the same wall (or object) that might keep light from passing through it, would not keep sound from passing through it. This is also what makes cymatics possible, why sound healing is so powerful, and why you can feel a booming bass vibrate in your bones.

So the quality of sound that you are being exposed to is actually pretty huge. Light and sound are both powerful enough to influence your collective bodies (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies) and energy field but you can perceive and experience the effects of sound more quickly.

But what if the sound that you were being exposed to were of a high frequency that was also infused with light codes specifically tailored to you? What would that mean for you?
