The inspiration behind our collaboration with for her 2020/2021 Paris Fashion Week collection, was how to create a "visually captivating, zero contact, digital presentation" in a COVID-19 climate. Based in Paris, France, Dara and I were able to collaborate virtually from my NY home and create sketches and mood board inspiration collages of "A Dream on the French Riviera" or as Dara would say "Un Réve Sur La Côte D'azur". The collection, named “Un Réve Sur La Côte D'azur” or, A Dream on the French Riviera pulls inspiration from Dara Senders' trips to the South of France and her vision of today's New York woman in a COVID world dreaming of an excursion to the glamorously chic French Riviera.
