If you're a non-Black person posting in support of , don't forget that Police Reform is at the top of that agenda. isn't about lawlessness. It's about investing our tax dollars in other community services that prevent crime, and are better suited to handling the myriad situations where bullets and handcuffs just make things worse.

Of course . The problem is that some lives have been treated as if they don't. Black lives have been devalued by 401 years of systemic and institutional oppression, discrimination, abuse and violence. It will take a concerted, communal effort to support Black Lives, and especially Trans Black Lives, before we see the day when all lives matter.

There is uncertainty about whether a mask will protect you against , but everyone agrees that covering your face when you leave the house will help protect others if you are infected and don't know it yet. Here’s a thought: If we ALL covered our face EVERYTIME we go out, we would lower infection rates.

It doesn’t have to be a mask — a bandana, a t-shirt, a dishtowel. It’s one simple thing we can all do to help protect the doctors, nurses, bus drivers, cashiers, flight attendants, and drivers who have to be out. It will protect your family. It will protect everyone’s family.
