Let’s talk about the dreaded bad review. 😬 Every spa gets one at some point (unless you are the rare exception!)—and ignoring it is the worst move you can make.

Here’s our best advice:
🎯 Respond quickly. Waiting weeks makes you look like you don’t care.
🎯 Keep it professional, not personal. Even if the review feels unfair, your reply is for future clients who are reading it.
🎯 Always offer a next step. Invite them to call, email, or come back so you can make it right.

Think of a negative review as free market research: it shows you where expectations aren’t matching the experience. Handle it with grace, and you can actually build more trust than if you’d never gotten the review at all.
