In 2009, Katie Hustead finally quit Corporate America and opened Paper Moon Moves. After years of running a volunteer team who read to seniors at an East Village Nursing Home, she knew she wanted to work with the elderly. When she stumbled on the senior move management profession, she knew, instantly, that this was for her. A few years later, Katie's husband, Joe Weston, joined her. Katie and Joe

have assembled a small team of kind, efficient, and capable senior move managers. We share a commitment to improving the lives of New York City seniors. Katie is President-Elect of the National Association of Senior Move Managers.
