We are looking for VA Professionals who have atleast 2 solid years of experience in the following:
- Customer Service
- General Administration
- Data Entry Management

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
📍 MUST have a Main and Back-up Computer (Desktop or Laptop) with at least an i3 processor or equivalent and 8GB RAM.
📍 Internet connection: Main ISP must be at least 5mbps internet speed with a wired connection and have a Back-up with at least 5mbps speed (can be wired or wireless). Back-up CANNOT be the same provider/company with Main ISP.

• At least 1 year of work experience in Sales, either Inbound or Outbound Sales.
• Fluent in English - great written and verbal communication skills.
• Have worked as a VA or as a remote staff is a PLUS!
• Has a remote work set-up already (See system requirements below).

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Do inbound and outbound calls or emails to contact potential leads/prospects and existing customers who are interested to purchase products.
• Qualify prospects in terms of their needs, goals, etc.
• Manage and track all activities through the client’s CRM to ensure sales orders are processed accordingly.
• Process payments of prospects.
