Fall feels different now.

I create in color, but black is the color I live in. Every day.

And somehow, it’s not always the piece I choose to put forward.

This Fall, I wanted to change that.

The Mini Carmen black leather handbag was designed for Fall 2025. This season, I’m looking at her again through the way I live now. Black. A new webbing strap. A more relaxed attitude. The same design, evolving.

Because the pieces we live with deserve to keep moving with us.

Good design has a life beyond the moment it was created.
It evolves. So do we.

Blue always finds its way back to me.

Looking through my work, I realized how often blue has appeared throughout my life as a designer. In sketches, bags, accessories, knitwear, even in the way I dress and the way I see the world around me.

There’s something about blue that has always given me energy. It feels fresh, joyful, alive.

Over time, it has become part of my creative language, and I love bringing it back into my collections again and again.

And now, blue is returning in a new way.

This Fall feels very personal to me.

I’ve spent a lot of time in New York these past months, looking inward. Thinking about what I want, what I want to create, and most importantly, how I want the pieces I design to make people feel.

There has been something beautiful about slowing down enough to understand that.

I feel like I’m creating from a different place now. More intentional. More connected to myself, to the city, and to the life I’m actually living.

And somehow, all of that is finding its way into what we are creating at YLIANA YEPEZ.

It feels like an evolution.
And I’m excited to finally start sharing it with you.🤍
