We are a multi-disciplinary team from diverse backgrounds with experience in developing innovative strategies, creating sustainable businesses and accelerating a product’s path to market. We use human-centered, design strategy, fieldwork, storytelling, exploratory design, a

nd prototyping - we deliver products, and experiences that change not only the way we tackle local and global challenges but break perception on poverty. We work with visionary leaders, Corporations, Government Agencies, Nonprofit Organizations, Institutions, Social Enterprises and Foundations worldwide, because in today’s globalized world, it is essential to know how to collaborate with people from different cultures across a broad spectrum of industries, including education, energy, healthcare, media and technology to evaluate problems, spot opportunities, and create environmental and social change.

AI-Powered Design Mastery — a 6-week live learning experience created by our founder, Cynthia Hellen.

This isn’t just a course.

It’s an invitation — for parents, educators, and emerging builders — to learn how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Canva with intention, empathy, and design.

Participants will walk away not just with knowledge, but with a working prototype, a toolkit for ethical innovation, and the mindset to create what our world most needs.

Because in this moment of incredible change, we don’t need more noise — we need moral imagination.

After a brief pause since July 2023, we’re back to sharing what’s been keeping us busy! 🌱

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newest program with , ‘Train the Trainers,’ in partnership with , where collaboration has been key to growing both RYLEN and Trepcamp since 2017. A special shoutout to , a former Trepcamp student (of RYLEN) turned Trepcamp partner, and Civic Hall, a new connective hub for the tech workforce development and entrepreneurial community in New York, for hosting us!

Additionally, we are beyond excited to be featured in x for our focus on collaboration and impact. 💡

Today, was our teams last meeting of 2022. As usual we shared our “small wins” but of the year. We’re truly ecstatic for what’s to come for our community.

Now, as we get closer to the holiday season, we like to wish every partner and client a wonderful rest of the week and month.

The United Nations estimated Monday that the world’s population will reach 8 billion on Nov. 15. 😮

By 2050, the world’s population aged 60 years and above will double to about 2.1 billion people. 👴

How will an older population will impact society?

A rapidly ageing population could means # that there are fewer working-age people in the economy. As a result, there are supply shortages of workers 🏗 who are qualified to perform given tasks, which can affect businesses negatively. There can be a potential decline in productivity, higher labour costs, delayed business expansion and reduced international competitiveness.

However United States 🇺🇸 is less concerned about its ageing population, fears of the potential drawbacks are on the rise in parts of East Asia.

What are your thoughts on our population?
