WANT A SQUARE DEAL? CALL SPIEL

Sometime ago we purchased a Coilmaster Jr. TS from Spiel Associates. They also sold us a die for our Kugler. Since we need to punch some things manually, we purchased an adapter for our Renz manual punch to accept Kugler dies. It didn’t work and our supplier was unresponsive. We turned to Spiel Associates who recommended a PDI Rhino punch and die which cost less than a Renz die would have. Spiel explained that they could sell us a Renz die, but that it was more affordable now and the future to switch over to this kind of punch, since they hardly sell floor manual punches anymore due to the high cost of dies.

They have never steered me wrong and we love our new punch. Furthermore, when we had problems with our Kugler, Spiel Associates helped us fix it at no charge, even though we did not purchase it from them. I am really happy with every interaction I’ve had with Spiel Associates and I really appreciate it when a vendor is so helpful!
