THE MEDICI EFFECT IN WEB 3!

When you think of a book club, what are the first few things that come to your mind? Probably a Q&A with the author, wine and cheese, and maybe even Oprah. Our CEO, Frans has attended our fair share of book clubs around the world with The Medici Effect readers and other authors that he reveres. With the pandemic, we've seen shifts in book clubs becoming available online but still little innovation in the discussion or format. What if we told you the future of experiencing books is here, right now!

Recently, our CEO, Frans, had the opportunity to reimagine his book The Medici Effect in VR, led by some amazing folks at BookFlow (https://www.bookflow.io/) and . BookFlow is a first-of-its-kind global community dedicated to bringing books and ideas to life in Web 3.0. Spatial is an incredible company that designs Metaverse spaces with accessibility and inclusion at the forefront. Over several weeks, BookFlow is leading discussions and experiences around how we can create the Medici Effect in the future through VR. Our minds are blown 🤯 by the creativity and ingenuity of what we've been able to accomplish so far. This is true breakthrough innovation!

The Medici Group is seeking a creative collaborator to help translate our content into visually appealing, engaging e-learning experiences. This material is central to our platform for accelerating culture change in the workplace.
Ideally, you have experience developing e-learning content for an LMS (we currently use Docebo) as well as excellent graphic design skills. You can work with PowerPoint, animations and transitions to make content accessible and engaging – yet not look like PowerPoints. Lastly, you can demonstrate a design sensibility that maximizes our impact while aligned with our clean, modern and playful aesthetic.
This is a full-time contract position for three months, with potential of full time employment. This full-time attention is needed in order for us to deliver key materials on schedule. You will join our Product Team and work closely with other stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Success and our founders.
The role is virtual, though your ability to work mornings East Coast hours will matter, as one of your primary collaborators is based in Europe. If you are in the New York area where we are headquartered, we welcome in-office collaborations.
