You don't need to be afraid of AI.
You need to be more human.
In a world that's becoming increasingly artificial, the teams that thrive will win because of the things machines can never touch: genuine curiosity. Real integrity. Authentic compassion.
These aren't nice-to-haves. They're how you build teams that actually perform.
What does "being more human" look like in your leadership right now?

Your team doesn't need you to be perfect.
They need you to be present.
Most of us are either stuck in yesterday or worried about tomorrow. But your real power? It's right here, right now. People feel whether you're actually with them or somewhere else. And it changes everything—how they trust you, how they follow you, how they show up for each other.
This is the foundation of every high-performing team I've ever worked with.
What's one thing you could be more present for today?

Riding the wave of change beats resisting it every single time.

The leaders we follow aren't the ones who have all the answers. They're the ones who stay adaptable. Who fall off and get back up. Who treat change like a challenge their team can figure out together instead of a threat.

That's not just leadership philosophy—that's how high-performing teams are built.

What wave are you riding right now? Share in the comments. We'd love to hear what your team is navigating.

I love talking with teams about some of the best practices for hiring the best talent. That secret includes asking behavioral interview questions. This was a workshop that I did for a group of doctors and it was very powerful! What are some of your best kept secrets for finding the best talent??

Confession …. I was never selected first second or third for any activities as a kid. I was always embarrassed and sad because I didn’t have the athletic ability that other kids did. Overtime by changing my mindset and applying grit and resilience I’ve been able to get to the best shape of my life. I’ve been a Crossfit athlete for 13 years. What does that have to do with leadership? Everything. Press play and hear more about my journey and the three leadership secrets I’ve learned overtime that I apply with all of my clients and always utilize when I’m speaking on stages. Sharing is caring ! Please share this with somebody who could use a pick me up and save it for another time when you need one too 💕💕 comment below and tell me what are your leadership secrets??

There’s something powerful about watching months of work, miles traveled, stories told, and rooms full of people come together in three minutes.

My new speaker reel is here.

But this isn’t really about the reel.

It’s about the work.

Helping leaders stay human when the pressure is high.
Helping teams have the conversations they’ve been avoiding.
Helping organizations build cultures people actually want to be part of.
And reminding all of us that as AI gets smarter, our Human Intelligence matters more, not less.

I speak about leadership, culture, communication, and the distinctly human skills no technology can replace.

And I’m officially booking 2027 keynotes, workshops, and leadership events.

If you’re planning an event and want your audience to leave with more than a few pages of notes, I’d love to talk.

And if someone came to mind while you watched this, tag them or send this their way.

2027, let’s fill some rooms.

This is a photo taken at my family’s Thanksgiving in 2017. If you had been one of the lucky guest at that table, eating my mom‘s incredible cooking, surrounded by all that warmth, you would’ve never known the secret that was living underneath all of it… We did a horrible job of dealing with conflict. Nobody ever said that out loud. It got taught anyway. The way you deal with conflict is that you? Don’t you keep the peace you pass the stuffing. Nothing you sweep under a rug disappears. It fills up in layers until everyone in the house is walking on it. And everyone tripped on the same thing nobody said. Maybe your house was the opposite, and somebody was always bringing up 1987 like it was relevant to Tuesday. Either way, many of us learned how to handle conflict long before we ever walked into a workplace. I opened my webinar with that photo yesterday and asked the room what conversation they were putting off. I’ll ask you the same question. I’m attaching the ACT and CORE framework on this carousel. Feel free to save it for the next time you need some guidance and how to navigate a courageous conversation…. Thank you for having me on the webinar!

There are seasons in business that stretch you, challenge you, and remind you why you do what you do.

This fall is one of those seasons for me.

I'm honored to be speaking with organizations across the country about leadership, culture, human intelligence, and the conversations that matter most in today's workplace.

From study clubs and leadership teams to industry conferences and retreats, one thing continues to stand out: people are hungry for authentic leadership. They want cultures that thrive, teams that stay engaged, and leaders who know how to navigate change without losing their humanity.

I'm incredibly grateful for every organization that has trusted me with their stage, their leaders, and their people.

As a result, Fall 2026 is officially booked.

If you're planning a conference, retreat, study club, or leadership event for 2027, now is the time to start the conversation. Dates are already beginning to fill, and I'd love to explore how we can work together.

When leaders tell me they have a culture problem, I always ask the same question: What pattern keeps repeating?

Because culture isn't random.

It's a collection of behaviors, conversations, expectations, and decisions that get repeated day after day. If your team is disengaged, turnover is high, communication keeps breaking down, or accountability is missing, those aren't isolated incidents.

They're patterns.

And patterns don't change because of a new policy, another meeting, or another piece of technology.

They change when leaders become aware of what they're reinforcing—and intentionally choose a different way forward.

That's one if the reasons I believe Human Intelligence is more important than ever in an AI world.

AI can help us identify trends and analyze data.

But it takes human intelligence to have the difficult conversation, build trust, create psychological safety, and change the behaviors that ultimately shape culture.

Culture by design will always outperform culture by default.

If you're ready to create a culture where people thrive—not just perform—I'd love to help. I'm currently accepting speaking inquiries for 2027.
