Has anybody known of somebody else that was deported with an aggravated felony and then came back to the US and what was your circumstances like which Lawyer did you use and where was the underlying conviction?

I am trying to vacate my husbands conviction so he can come back. TIA.

How soon after arriving were you or your family member able to contact someone? And what should the family prepare for?
