Here's how it works…
You will receive a monthly "Tip Sheet" which includes a detailed listing of recording artists currently looking for material. It shows artist, producer, record label, session dates, what type of songs they want etc...
You will also receive a monthly "Pitch Report" detailing what songs were pitched, when, to whom, status i.e. pass, hold, considering and comments. Your songs wi
ll be included in our weekly pitch meetings with record label A&R, producers, management companies and at times directly with the artists. We also include your songs in our monthly CD compilation drops and mail outs. We work closely with you the songwriter and invite you to participate (if you choose to) in matching your songs with potential recording artists. We do not work like most independent song plugging companies in the sense that we do not take ANY of your publishing rights. Once we successfully place one of your songs, we then participate in revenues by way of bonus structure. You retain all rights and ownership. We have found that many songwriters would like the opportunity to get their songs out there with little to no commitment. "i.e." on a trial basis. This is why our agreement is month to month. There is no long term obligation to continue paying should the writer choose to withdraw. We charge a monthly service fee for our efforts of $300 payable via paypal invoice. Songwriters can simply terminate the agreement with a 30 day written notice. This has proven to be effective and manageable for our songwriters as it gives them an opportunity to generate activity on a monthly basis and retain ownership of their songs. The next steps should you be interested, would be for you to submit to us the material you would like promoted. We would then review and respond with our comments. I'm sure you understand that all material must be of the highest standards in order to maintain our integrity within the industry. Please submit your songs to [email protected]
