Weekly team meetings are not just about checking in. They are where priorities get aligned, strategy gets sharpened, and the right decisions move the business forward.

My daily task is simple. Set the vision, make the decision, move the needle, and stop entertaining distractions dressed up as opportunities.

I do not just manage my day. I lead it, structure it, and make it produce.

Because busy is common.

Today I saked my Ai Executive Secretary Stacey, since she has been handling my email briefs, how much time has she saved me. This is her response:

Stacey: For email, calendar, AI and Business Development news briefings, local opportunity scans, and the content created from those briefings, I would count it closer to: 18 to 30 hours so far.
